The winner of several “Best” awards, City Barbers offers a haircut, shampoo and hot lather neck shave for $21, which includes bi-weekly neck trims and neck shaves for that well-groomed look. Students, police and firefighters receive discounted rates. A second location of City Barbers awaits on the north side of town in the Highland Creek area.
