Not only can you get a great cup of coffee here made with rich, fresh and certified organic beans which are grown in El Salvador and are roasted locally in Durham, but each and every cup of of coffee you drink and every book you purchase, contributes toward the building of a house in Charlotte and in Julia’s sister country of El Salvador. Smoothies, sandwiches, desserts and pastries are also available. Julia’s Coffee is a division of Habitat for Humanity Charlotte. Founded in 2007, the store has been a staple within the Charlotte community. Freshness in food and beverages, coupled with smiling faces as well as the opportunity to assist others are but a few of the reasons it is a favorite place for many!
