CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Bobcats president of basketball operations Rod Higgins believes Charlotte is a team on the rise. Higgins wasn’t about to predict how many wins the Bobcats will have in their final season before changing to the Charlotte Hornets, but he expects they’ll be “much improved” over last season.
