CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — The city of Charlotte is considering a plan to spend about $30 million to make improvements at Time Warner Cable Area, home of the NBA’s Hornets.

Panthers Not Asking Charlotte For More Money

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — A spokesman with the Carolina Panthers says there are no plans to ask for more money to make improvements at the team’s stadium.
