Report: Toxic Drinking Water At Military Base Dates Back To 1948

Drinking water contamination at North Carolina’s sprawling Camp Lejeune military base could date to 1948, five years earlier than researchers had reported previously, a federal report indicates.

Stolen Military Property Worth $2 Million Recovered

Military authorities recovered about $1.8 million in stolen property as part of an ongoing investigation that so far involves almost 70 civilians and active-duty Marines and sailors.
