Everybody loves a Cinderella story. And the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament has had its fair share. Here are the top 5.
Last week I posted my entire NCAA Tournament Bracket for the whole world to see for the second straight year. I did fairly well the first four days and a lot better than last year. I still have 10 of the Sweet 16 teams left, 7 of the Elite 8 teams left, and all 4 Final Four teams.
Just like last year I am releasing my entire bracket and picks before the tournament starts for everyone to see how well (or bad) I do.
The sports talk around the water cooler this morning probably isn’t about college basketball, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t an exciting weekend for the sport.
The world needs another mock draft so here is mine!
After watching Anthony Davis lead the Kentucky Wildcats 67-59 over the Kansas Jayhawks to the NCAA Mens Basketball Championship this past Monday night, I began to think about the Southeastern Conference and their dominance in college sports right now.
ESPN’s Jimmy Dykes: “If Kevin Garnett Had Gone To College, He Would Have Looked Like Anthony Davis As A Freshman”
Mac Attack 4/2: ESPN’s Jimmy Dykes calls in to talk about Kansas’ chances to beat Kentucky, how Anthony Davis projects to the NBA, the atmosphere of the Final Four, and if Coach Cal’s recruiting tactics should be criticized.
Mac Attack 4/2: ESPNU’s Tim Welsh calls in to talk about how beatable Kentucky is, if Calipari can keep winning with his recruiting strategy, and if he thinks Cal will bolt for the NBA.
Mac Attack 3/26: Virginia Tech Head Coach Seth Greenberg calls in to recap the UNC loss to Kansas, talk about if Roy got out coached, who (if anybody) can beat the Wildcats, and how the Hokies look for next season.
Before I get into my predictions for the sweet sixteen and the elite eight, I have to brag a little.
