Just before many schools take their holiday break, college basketball provided us an exciting weekend. In addition to the two major programs in Kansas notching impressive victories, there were upsets and big-time scoring performances across the country.
No top-25 teams played on Sunday, but there was plenty of action on Saturday, with a few ranked teams needing late baskets to avoid upsets and a pair of blue-blood programs losing their third game.
