A little bit of a stir was caused this week when wide receiver Plaxico Burress said that he would be interested in playing with the Carolina Panthers. One of my favorite days of the off season is when the NFL schedule comes out. 2011 is coming to an end, and so is the NFL regular season. Next week the playoffs will be upon us, and there are lots of scenarios of who will be in and who will be out.
