Guest Services:
- Concord Mills offers free wireless internet to our guests. Users with a WiFi-enabled laptop, phone or PDA can use the system. Users can open their browser or select Simon WiFi from their available list of networks to get to the landing page.
- Baby Changing Stations are located in all public restrooms and the family restroom.
- Gift Wrapping is available during the holiday season in the food court to benefit the Junior Charity League of Cabarrus County.
- The Jeff Gordon Children’s Hospital at NorthEast Medical Center Soft Play Area is located in Neighborhood 2.
- Hotels surround the mall; guests can ask Guest Services for information as well as discount coupons, when applicable.
- Group services are also available. Group participants are asked to make a reservation by e-mailing your group information and visit date or calling the mall at 704-979-3000.
