*) David Pollack of Cincinatti Bengals – After retiring in ’06, Pollack dropped the pounds after weighing over 260 lbs. in the NFL and is now looking fit & trim as an ESPN analyst for college football games.

*) Brad Culpepper of NFL - Before Culpepper appeared on “Survivor” with his wife, the 270 lb. football player became super fit once he retired back in 2000.

*) Mark Schlereth of NFL - Another ESPN analyst has shed the weight from his professional football years after topping 290 lbs. in the league.

*) Kennedy Meeks of UNC – Ever since he joined the Tar Heel basketball team, Meeks has lost over 50 pounds and has slimmed down to compete in the ACC.

*) Jordan Gross of Carolina Panthers – After retiring once making it to the NFL Playoffs in the 2013-14 season, Gross decided to retire from the team and work on the sidelines as a Panthers special reporter.  And while he transitioned to his new job, he lost so far over 70 pounds in his quick weight loss!

*) Jeff Saturday of Indianapolis Colts - Another example of a NFL Player retiring and losing the weight in order to start broadcasting to national audiences on ESPN.

*) JaMarcus Russell of NFL - Trying to make a comeback in the NFL, JaMarcus shed the weight after ballooning his weight following his departure from the league.

*) Matt Birk of Baltimore Ravens - Former Ravens center Birk shed his weight, over 75 lbs in fact, to start a new job as a male model.

*) Rex Ryan of New York Jets - This NFL coach has lost a TON of weight while coaching for the NY Jets.  So far he’s lost around 130 lbs since he started working out and eating healthier.

*) Antone Davis of NFL - When Davis retired from the NFL, he grew another 140 pounds to a dangerous weight level.  But after appearing on “The Biggest Loser,” Davis ended up losing over 200 lbs!
