[PHOTOS] Phase 1 Of Carolina Panthers’ New Renovations To Bank Of America Stadium
Team President Danny Morrison announced today the first of three renovation phases happening to Bank Of America Stadium starting in 2014.
Over the course of the next three years in the off-season, the Panthers will renovate their stadium using these three principles: impact all fans, maintain the classic look, and improve fan experience.
Bank of America Stadium will feature new illuminated glass domes on each of the three entry gates.
There will be four new bays installed at three entry gates with extra wide escalators in each bay. One escalator in each bay at the 300 Club Level, and the other escalator in each bay at 500 Level.
Two new 63′ high x 212′ long high-definition video boards will be located above each end zone.
Two new ribbon boards (approximately 5 feet high) will encircle the entire bowl at club level and upper bowl level. They will show game info/stats, NFL scores/stats, crowd prompts, and sponsor logos.
Bank of America Stadium will also have a new high efficiency, high octave distributed sound system. Stay tuned to see what other renovations the stadium will get in the next two phases…maybe more if we keep making the playoffs each year!
