For all the moaning and complaining that we seem to do concerning the National Football League, be it about the rules, the officiating, the salaries and even where the Super Bowl is going to be played, one thing remains crystal clear: the NFL is still the king when it comes to our sports.

You need not look any further than last Sunday’s insane games and finishes in cities like Green Bay, Baltimore, Philly and Pittsburgh.  These games had more dvr rewinding moments than perhaps the whole season combined up to this point, not to mention that we watched these guys do what every little kid loves doing…..playing football in a snowstorm.

The NFL knows that they have us, no matter how they try and try to screw the game up, we will keep watching.  You cannot afford not to for fear of missing out on Sundays like we saw last week.

The good news is we have around seven weekends of the NFL left for this season.

The bad news is we have ONLY around seven weekends of the NFL left for this season.

And by the way, be honest.  Who doesn’t want to see that blizzard that you know is coming for the Super Bowl at the Meadowlands in Feburary?
