For those of you that don’t know, I am a pretty active guy when it comes to working out and trying to stay in great shape. I workout on a daily basis. It is a HUGE passion of mine. I love running or walking or training for 5k’s. Other times, I just spend time medaling around on the elliptical or treadmill at the gym. But when it came to trying to figure out the right equipment to be in, whether it be shoes, running gear or just plain old workout equipment, I couldn’t find the right match for me. Until I met the team at Try Sports! As soon as I walked in to the South Park location, I immediately fell in love with their community feel. From their warm welcome to my shoe fitting with Cody, I knew this was the perfect place for me.

The fact is, Try Sports is a ton of specialty stores in one! How could you beat that guys? It caters to runners like me, but also cyclists, cross fitters, and especially if you’re a beginner. Which is really cool because when you start from the ground up, it really pays to know you’re going about your exercise the right way. At Try Sports, customization is huge as it was for me when Cody personally fit me into a great new pair of Mizuno running shoes that fit my arch and the way I run to perfection. He scanned my arch (which I had no idea was even possible) and form fitted the inserts to my exact arch, setting me up so I can be at my personal best no matter what goal I am working towards when I’m running.

The whole team couldn’t have been more encouraging and uplifting in helping me reach my goals. Just the ability to get information from them on the best ways to train and stay fit is a huge help for me. Plus, They’ve truly inspired me to stay on the right fit and healthy track and I promise you they will do the same for you. If you’re New Year’s Resolution is to finally get healthy and stay fit, then the ONLY place I recommend is Try Sports. You have to check them out!
