Weezies Wrap Up – This week on Cheers Charlotte we talk with David Stuck from The Tin Kitchen food truck.  The food truck movement has gained popularity in all major cities across the US.  Charlotte is no exception to the movement, David tells us about his food truck (and now restaurant) The Tin Kitchen and the TK Cafe. You can also see David every Friday at Food Truck Friday in South End at the corner of Camden and Park ave.  Over the past year and a half Food Truck Friday has exploded from just a few trucks in the beginning and servicing a handful of people to being a destination for people starting their Friday nights in the SouthEnd neighborhood.  With over a dozen trucks regularly showing up and some nights having well over 2,000 people stop by for dinner, dessert, visit the Farmers Market or just enjoy time with neighbors.

Also in this episode we taste a oak aged sour beer as we judge the Petrus Aged Pale from Salud Beer Shop in Noda.  This weeks beers sponsor.  A great bottle shop in Noda.

Find Cheers Charlotte on Twitter and on Facebook and of course the website CheersCharlotte.com
