After a day of discussing it on the air and much careful deliberation, here is my NBA All Time team.  Unlike Celania, I am not cheating. Every guy is put in my lineup at their natural position.

PG- Magic Johnson- 20 ppg, 12 apg, 7 rpg- The best PG ever.  He ran the Showtime Fast Break to perfection.  He was clutch as evidenced by his performance in the Finals as a rookie, filling in at Center for Kareem.  He won 5 titles and 3 MVPs in his career.

SG- Michael Jordan- 30 ppg, 5apg, 6 rpg, 2 spg- He is the GOAT.  The best ever to play the game.  He could put a team on his back and was the best clutch performer I have ever seen.  I firmly believe if he didn’t play baseball, he would have won 8 straight.

C- Wilt Chamberlain- 30ppg, 23 rpg, 4 apg-  I believe he was the most dominant player individually the game has ever seen.  He averaged 50 ppg in a season.  He led the league in assists just to prove he could.   Wilt won 11 rebounding titles, 7 scoring titles and led the league in fg pct. 9 times.   He won 4 MVPs but thanks the Boston team dominance  of his era, he is only a two time champ.

PF- Tim Duncan-  21 pppg, 12 rpg, 2 bpg- The Big Fundamental didn’t need a fifth title to secure this spot on my team.    He and Pop were the 2 common denominators when it came to all 4 Spurs championship teams.  He won the Finals MVP 3 times and the NBA MVP 2 times. He is never overly exciting, but he gets the job done and then some.

SF- Lebron James- 28ppg, 7rpg, 7apg, 2 spg-  With apologies to the Bird and Dr. J fans, I put The King on this team at the age of 28.  Lebron features a combination of versatility and athleticism that has never been seen before.  He now has 2 rings and 4 MVPs and is the best player in the game by a big margin.  And, did I mention he is only 28?
