The 2013 NBA Playoffs are down to the Finals! Finally… Anyway, everyone loves a slam dunk. Occasionally, however, the wiffed dunk can be pretty amusing. We’ve put together the top ten Missed Dunks of NBA Playoff history. Enjoy, and be sure to let us know which ones we need to add to our list, especially if you see some Lebron or Tony Parker wiffs!

10.) Kicking off at Number 10 is Manu Ginobili. This missed dunk is from Game 1 2012 Spurs vs Jazz. The Spurs did go on to win 87-81, and swept the Jazz to conclude the series.

9.) Number 9! Going back a little further to 2010, Shannon Brown gets the credit for this wiff in Game 1. The Lakers defeated the Suns in this match-up, 128-107.

8.) Coming it at Number 8 is blown dunk by Chicago Bulls Marco Belinelli. Belinelli is the first on our list from this year’s playoffs, when Chicago took on Miami. Bull’s lost Game 3 104-94.

7.) Number 7 is also from the current 2013 Playoffs. CJ Watson has a contained disaster, but a disaster nonetheless. Chicago did win Game 4 over Brooklyn 142-134, after 3 OT’s.

6.) Heading back to 2010 we’ll find Number 6. Marcus Camby destroys a dunk opportunity in Game 1 Trailblazers vs. Suns. Portland won, 105-100.

5.) LeBron James and the Miami Heat come in strong at Number 5. This is Game 2 of Celtics vs Heat in the 2012 Playoffs. Heat won in OT, 115-11.

4.) Game 4, 2011. Lakers vs Mavericks. Ron Artest loses a fight with the front of the rim to bring us Number 4. Dallas won 122-86, concluding the series and sweeping Los Angeles.

3.) Allen Iverson brings us home at Number 3. Now this was actually Philadelphia’s final game of the regular season, but it just had to be included. 76er’s went on to win over the Pistons, entering the 1999 playoffs as a 6 seed.

2.) The 2009 Playoffs give us the gaffe that makes a perfect Number 2. Game 5 of Atlanta vs Miami featured Josh Smith missing a very showy attempt at a dunk. Miami lost 106-91.

1.) Number 1, arguably the best missed playoff dunk of all time. It happened last season, 2012, Heat vs. Knicks, Game 2. The perpetrator- Dwayne Wade. This blunder of a dunk turns into a high arcing rainbow, as Wade sails to the floor. The commentary makes this disaster even funnier. Wade and the Heat did win, 104-94.
