(CBS Charlotte) — Earlier this morning, an RV9 aircraft made a “hard landing” and flipped over at the Rowan County Airport.
Miraculously, the pilot only suffered minor injuries, and opted to not be transported to a local hospital.
Previous Story: Emergency first responders have been dispatched to the Rowan County Airport after an incident involving a plane.
We have not been able to determine at this time if the plane crashed or ran off the runway.
It is known, however, that the pilot is injured, but the extent of his injuries are not known at this time.
