MATTHEWS, N.C. (CBS Charlotte) — In September 2012, a winning Powerball ticket was purchased at the Adams Mart on East Independence Blvd.

To date, the winner has not come forward, and the time allotted to collect the winnings is running out.

The winner has until March 18th to claim the money.

The winning numbers (courtesy of wcnc.com) in the September drawing were 1-5-8-39-50, and the Powerball was 23.
