Happy Tuesday to everyone.I’m guessing most of America this morning will be discussing the long awaited dust up last night between J.J Barea and Ray Allen.Ok maybe not, but it did entertain me for 30 seconds or so.Here is a recap of the Bobcats game from last night and a note on Carmelo being hit by a “sniper” last night at Quicken Loans Arena.

Bobcats Fall To Blazers: The Bobcats wrapped up their four game west coast road trip last night and managed to only lose by 17 to the Blazers 122-105.They lost all four games by a combined 105 points.Director of Research Colin is currently looking into this possibly being the worst trip in NBA history.Early results are showing that maybe only the Buffalo Braves in 1972 is comparable.Well besides the trip Bill Walton went on from 1974 to 1987 but that is another blog for another day.MKG was a bright spot as he had 17 points and 10 boards on 8 for 11 shooting.Ramon Session also shot for 8 for 11 and led the way with 18. LaMarcus Aldridge led three Blazers that scored over 20 as he had 23 points and 14 rebounds.Nicolas Batum and Damian Lillard both had 20.Two interesting notes on the Bobcats.Byron Mullens only played 3 minutes with a foot injury and it came out before the game that Tyrus Thomas was left back in Charlotte for the entire road trip.Must be nice to sit at home and collect 9 million dollars try while your teammates tryto save the season.Maybe saving the season isn’t the exact word choice I was looking for

Down Goes Carmelo:At the 8 minute mark of the second quarter the Cavs were shooting 22 for 27 from the field for 81 percent and held a 22 point lead over the Knicks. You would think that would be the low point for the Knicks but Carmelo made sure he will be on the Sportscenter Not Top 10 for while when this happened. After the game Carmelo said its nothing serious and he is fine.Seems to me we have a case of injured pride here.By the way, after Melo went out the Knicks rallied to win 102-97.Its ironic that a man who can never stop shooting appeared to have gotten shot himself at midcourt.

Mac Attack Guests: Duke Guard Seth Curry at 745am and Duke legend Christian Laettner at 845am. Plus former Wolfpack standout and current ACC Digital Network analyst Chucky Brown at 930
