CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CBS Charlotte) — Earlier this morning, police and medics were dispatched to the newest night club at the NC Music Factory.

Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrived at the scene around 3 a.m., where they found a man with a gunshot wound in the parking lot near Label.

The victim, who has non-life threatening injuries, was transported to a nearby hospital.

No arrests have been made yet, and the suspect fled the scene of the crime.
