In order to obtain a Driver's License, a person must take a written test, driving test, and vision test at the DMV. In most states, there are no mandatory tests required before a person can own a gun. Undoubtedly, a required vision test (for obvious reasons,) could come in handy for a gun owner -- as would a written and gun demonstration test. (Photo by ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images)
