CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CBS Charlotte) — This month, Plaza Midwood Community Radio, a non-profit listener-supported station, is bringing a new event to Charlotte: High Porch Concert Series. High Porch Concert Series is sponsored by CLTure, Birdsong Brewery and Noda Brewing.

The concert series will be held at World Of Beer every Saturday evening in December, from 9 p.m. to midnight — and will feature five popular, regional bands.

There will be a $5 cover charge at the door, with plenty of specials on your favorite local brews. Proceeds from the event will support PMCR.
