ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) — Anderson County officials have identified a body with the head, hands and feet removed.

The body was found in the crawl space under a vacant building in Anderson on Wednesday afternoon.

Coroner Greg Shore said the remains appear to be those of 53-year-old Seth Barton Frazier of Belton.

Shore says police recognized a Yosemite Sam tattoo on the man’s right arm and were able to find booking records with the matching tattoo.

The coroner says Frazier had told his mother in Tennessee that he was homeless.

The other parts of the man’s body have not been found.

Shore says the body had probably been under the building for two to four weeks.

Anderson police Lt. Tony Tilley says the death is being treated as a homicide.

Police say they are treating it as a homicide. Good to know they aren’t just taking the easy route and chalk it up to yet another accidental beheading/dismemberment/buried in the crawl space case.

In Atlanta, one brother killed his 2 sisters and their 2 husbands at a family owned ‘happy ending’ “spa”….Our brilliant Atlanta Police or the enlightened Atlanta Urinal and Constippation Newspaper Headline says it all:
“Atlanta Police Searching for Shooter in 5 Victimm Murder-Suicide”..
hmmm I wonder what the ‘search’ will find???
It did get a little better with “Gunman kills 5 in murder-suicide at spa in Georgia”..
    and
it got even more interesting when it was revelaed the ‘gunman’ was a ‘survivor’
of a previous partially successful ‘Multi-Murder-Suicide’ in Louisiana.
Acting on a tip, Kavanaugh also made a call to Jefferson Parrish, La. , where the district attorney’s office confirmed that Paek faced three counts of first-degree murder there in 1989. Paek’s boss and his two son’s were shot and killed.

Prosecutors in that trial accused Paek of killing the three men, and then turning the gun on himself in a suicide attempt, during which he lost his eye.
