The “Carolina Christmas” offers a true and unique Christmas experience complete with lights, Christmas decorations and music! Carolina Christmas is the region’s largest holiday light show, with more than 4.5 miles of LED light displays, made up of millions of lights. Carolina Christmas also features Santa’s Christmas Village, which is open weekly from Thursday-Sunday. The Christmas Village offers a realistic Bethlehem-themed village, S’mores pits, themed areas for children, food, music, photos with Santa and much more! There is now even more fun this year at the Carolina Christmas! The display has expanded its course, offering even more festivities for friends and family to enjoy together. Carolina Christmas will be open nightly,from now till Dec. 31, excluding Christmas day. So make plans to spend quality time with the family at a quality holiday celebration!

Carolina Christmas has something for everyone in the family! From millions of lights, to driving on the track at Charlotte Motor Speedway… every inch of the motor speedway is transformed into sections of holiday delights!

Drive-Through Light Park and Drive-The-Track Experience

The drive-through Christmas light park offers more than 4.5 miles of fun and features more than three million LED lights in themed display areas! So drive through for fun! Drive through for excitement! Drive through because it is Christmastime!

Rudolph’s Flight School

Attention Children! Upon entering into the park, they will be enrolled in Rudolph’s Flight School! So grab those antlers from Kangaroo Express and learn the flight particulars of the holiday season!

Other attractions include: Bojangle’s Village Petting Zoo, Great Wolf Lodge North Pole Express Delivery, Coca-Cola Igloo and the Festival of Trees !

This season, Carolina Christmas has added to the festivities to make your holiday light experience brighter.

As you head to Charlotte Motor Speedway, start your Christmas light experience sooner – drive down the Boulevard of Lights! The Cabarrus County CVB will have all of the major buildings and hotels that line Bruton Smith Boulevard decorated with millions of lights.

Along with the Boulevard of Lights leading up to Carolina Christmas, this year is an expanded light park! Your family will enter into the zMax Track, pass by the Dirt Track, through the tunnel to the Charlotte Motor Speedway to drive on the track, and then proceed to the infield!
Get ready for more excitement, fun and holiday festivities during the 2011 season! The “Drive the Track” experience will be twice as much fun! With a doubled on-track opportunity this year, there is more opportunity for fun and more to explore!
